Giveaway of USA is a national platform that allows organizations, businesses, and creators to sell digital art in a completely legal, automated, and accessible manner from anywhere in the United States. Our platform provides the necessary tools to comply with state and federal laws while facilitating connections with participants across the country.

  • Giveaway of USA complies with the Commercial Practices Regulations of the Department of Consumer Affairs in the United States and Puerto Rico (DACO) approved on February 6, 2020 (Regulation 9158)
  • Any claim or legal dispute shall be resolved exclusively before the competent courts of the State of Florida.
  • Individuals under 18 years of age and those legally incapacitated are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
  • The winner must present a valid ID (driver's license or passport) when claiming their prize. The winner agrees to the publication of their identity and documentation of their participation as a condition of receiving the prize.
  • Participants must provide their personal information accurately. Failure to comply with this rule and policy will result in immediate disqualification.
  • Once all digital artwork has been sold, the date and time for the winner selection will be announced. During the selection process, a phone call will be made to request basic information to verify the winner's identity.
  • Once the winner's identity is verified, the date and time for prize delivery will be coordinated.
  • Giveaway of USA will deliver the prize and its clean title (if applicable) to the winner.
